Dandelions, love them and hate them. I want to eat them because they're good for me, but my tongue's got to be in the mood for bitter. Sometimes I just sneak little amounts into my meal, hoping I won't notice. Other times, I just gobble them down.
This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, Whole30 and Paleo if you serve it with cauliflower rice, instead of real rice! This juicy and tasty slow cooker chicken curry is cooked in a coconut milk sauce. You can serve it with rice, cauliflower rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. It will take around 5 hours to prepare. Suggestion: use chicken tights and not breasts, since slow cookers tend to dry out chicken breasts.

Filetes de salmón
Boniatos
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Sal del Himalaya y pimienta negra
Pan rayado (o panko)
1/2 taza de perejil fresco picado
Corta el boniato en sticks, alíñalo con aceite, sal y pimienta y al horno 30/35 minutos.
Mezcla un un bowl el aceite, sal, pimienta y perejil.(aquí es donde podéis añadir la mantequilla si queréis)
Extiende la mezcla por encima del salmón y mételo en el horno unos 12/15 minutos o hasta que se dore.
Añade un poco de lima rallada por encima😉

Salmon fillets
Sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Fresh breadcrumbs
Flat leaf parsely leaves chopped
Lime
Place the sweet potato on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 30–35 minutes or until golden.
Place the breadcrumbs, parsely, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. (Here's where you can add the butter if you want)
Top the salmon with the breadcrumbs mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
Add grated lime rind on top 😉
