In the Bedroom whilst I sort a Place for it..
Sleep in my bed. Nah! Bike more important.
Shannon showed me her incredible new aquablue rucksack, which has not only the standard laptop compartment, but also a hardshell pouch for sunglasses, a place to insert an aquapack to sip water while biking, a waterproof pocket for wet dance clothes (!!), and a retractable contraption to fasten a yoga mat. A dream come true.
Passport Wallet holder is custom designed, hand-made and hand-painted, making each one unique. Each case begins as a plain colour, leather and suede finish fabric case, which is then hand-painted with multiple base coat colours. A special design is then applied which includes sparkling Swarovski crystals stones and or other accessories. The case is then finished with several coats of varnish, for a long-lasting protective finish.
First trip on the Mokelumne River with the Oru kayak. I bought this kayak (used) because I wanted a light kayak that I wouldn't have to load on top of the car. It seems to perform almost as well as a hardshell kayak, and can be set up quickly. On the downside, the big cockpit means that lots water drips into it, and after a couple of hours of paddling I had to make a stop just to dump out the water.

This is my second Cinelli MASH fixed-gear build: Crook Type 3...built as a replacement for the original Crook, which was ridden on Aids Lifecycle 9 2010, from SF to LA. Yes, we did it fixed! I sold the frame and overhauled the bike as a conceptual metamorphosis in the wake of all those miles. The green of this variant is hard to capture on film. It's amazing!

Apparently my friends had found this horseshoe crab out in the flats one day (I believe he was already dead when they found it). They had it sitting out on the wall, drying it out. Man, did it stank!
