Unique and a little grungy....

16 eclectic ascending pages including a canvas and journaling card that says "create" plus front and back covers. Some pages are scalloped, all are inked for an aged look. Some are double sided, some are white on the backs.

Papers used are by Pink Paislee & Sassafras Lass.

Upcycled corrugated covers are inked and measure 9 x 5 1/4

Papers inside are all different sizes.

I added a metal rose, Dear Lizzy ribbon and some pretty butterflies to the cover.

This is a close up of the messenger bag. I've still have some tweaking to do on the stitch out.

I was making flowers to decorate my indoor slip on and because I was too confident and did not measure the size of the fabric the two flowers turned out to be different size. I then put them together to make one flower. it looks better with two together.

After looking around for a good company that makes eco business cards and labels, I decided to make my own~

using cardboard from cereal boxes and stitched on paper.....my rubber stamp (that a friend made for me)......and acrylic paint.

Pieced backing on my "Garden Dance" quilt. I used leftover pinwheels and 4-patch pieces as well as other assorted scraps from the front to create a reversible quilt. I think I like this side better!

I made this "flowers and bubbles" piece from huipiles that I hand-sewed onto fleece. It is about 8"X10" (this photo shows a square but there is more fabric on the left and right).

A huipil is the traditional blouse worn by Guatemalan women and is sometimes spelled guipil.
