Went to New Orleans for the Falcons/Saints game on monday night with one of my friends and took some pictures and videos of the trip! here is the VIDEO of what i took and i put a lot of hard work into it soo i hope you watch and enjoy it!
Handholding a reversed 50mm 1.4 to get a nice macro effect. It's a neat trick if you don't have a reverse adapter or an actual macro lens.

This is a cheap SMA dual band whip antenna, around 12" long. It is supposed to match on the 144-148 MHz and 430-460 MHz bands. The scale is 3dB per division with the zero dB return loss reference level at the top.
During the day is where the Rome food market is. At night it is where people gather, or dine in one of the restaurents.

I was trying to see how slow I could have the shutter and still get an acceptable handheld shot. The average was 1/2 sec, and this is an example.
Image quality not so great, but I spent a lot of time watching them over the weekend - might as well post one! The male on the right was vigilant in his defense of the feeder and the many surrounding plants. This shot is from at least 50' away, and 25' high in a tree (their favorite branch!) - from this vantage point they have a good view of the feeder and shrubs, and me!
Sad to say, they'll be leaving before we know it - it's definitely getting cooler in the NE. Bon voyage!
