This morning after Kyle took the dog out, I stood in front of the window and stretched as I watched him cross the parking lot with Molly. In mid stretch, with my arms reaching to the ceiling, I felt something at the base of my neck pop...in a bad way. Every few months, Kyle gets a muscle spasm that is so bad he has to call into work. It never fully goes away for at least a week. It's never happened to me, but low and behold, it did. Luckily, he got some painkillers and muscle relaxers when he went to the doctor about it, and they helped, although they made me loopy and sleepy all day long.
I noticed that this photo from 2 1/2 years ago was getting a lot of views. Decided it needed a little editing. I saw the idea originally on ladyhalker's photostream.
