Got to experience Halloween Time at Disneyland for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I really enjoyed the decorations around the park, especially the pumpkins on Main Street.
This pumpkin caught my eye on my way out of the park.

dailydisneyland365: @shanon_at_disneyland Nope not yet! The day we heard the Party release dates the Team pulled through and saved enough money for each day! We plan to dress up on Halloween Night but still need costume ideas👻

I wasn't sure if the night shot of the Partners Statue with Halloweentime pumpkins would be the shot I wanted or not, because the pumpkins themselves were not lit from the inside as they should be on this particular evening. After reviewing my images, I was pleased to note that the pumpkin lights are best viewed from the back, and in this case, the external lighting worked well on the frontal pose. As always, people in night shots are sometimes difficult to deal with...close examination will reveal a hooded figure sitting on the right side of the circular bench around the statue...I waited and waited for her to move, but she never did, so I shot the long exposure brackets with her in it. Interestingly, there were two sessions of people standing in front of my camera taking shots with the statue while my long exposures were happening...they never showed up in the final images, haha!

I think it is a unique and wonderful contrast in our two visions of the same scene!
I made this photo of a REI – Recreational Equipment store – employee as she posed for me to capture this image. Notice that even her Covid-19 face mask was covered with Disney characters. By the way, this employee was also helpful in showing us two items that Melody purchased. I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50.

Kind of a action shot - I tried to get this in her carrier but she wanted out!!! She did really good even though she wanted nothing to do with anyone or any other dog. She was quiet and walked most of the day!
