No, it's not quite Halloween - but it is October. And I'm happy to announce that for the month of October I will be posting Halloween themed pictures exclusively! And, while many will be of Disneyland (as you certainly expect) plenty won't be! So get ready for some surprisingly haunting and ghoulish posts!
And yes, that means a break from Washington Wednesday.

Today we hit the local boutique to see all the Fall/Halloween goodies and my sweet little witchy got some pumpkin ice cream LOL ;D
The hat was made by a very sweet friend!
How appropriate for my little devil dog to be on the haunted house - you can see who put her there ;D
And will make a GREAT BIG pumpkin pie.
No, I'm not sharing. Get your own Giant Mickey Mouse Pumpkin head.

You don't have to wait all night in a pumpkin patch to see a great pumpkin. All you have to do is take a trip to Disneyland to bask in the glow of a giant pumpkin fashioned after everyone's favorite mouse. Mickey's smile flickers...

Well this is the extent of my decorating this year and it was actually pretty fun and making me rethink about this area!!! It was fun too putting all my favorite pieces from some very special people I've known in my life too!
I'm such a fan of Nightmare Before Christmas...couldn't wait to see the NBC overlay at the Haunted Mansion and try my hand at "dark ride" photography. While my Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 was great for shots outdoors, it wasn't really fast enough to get sharp dark ride pics. So I decided to see what my "snapshot" camera: Sony RX-100 could do. While I wouldn't give up my DSLR for it...It's not a bad camera at all.
