However, as a pub it is less than 70 years old, having opened in 1956. Before the Second World War it was three separate dwellings centred on a well-known boot and shoe shop owned by two brothers, Sidney and William Carey. he Wiki Sussex Pub Guide states that the Barnes family lived here from about 1890 until 1943.

Έχουν περάσει αρκετές χιλιάδες χρόνια

και η ανθρωπότητα ακόμα απολαμβάνει το φως και τον αέρα που απονεμήθηκε από τον Θεό,

ακόμα αναπνέει την ανάσα που εξέπνευσε ο Θεός ο Ίδιος,

ακόμα απολαμβάνει τα λουλούδια, τα πουλιά, τα ψάρια και τα έντομα δημιουργημένα από τον Θεό

και απολαμβάνει όλα τα πράγματα που παρέχονται από τον Θεό,

μέρα και νύχτα ακόμα συνεχόμενα αντικαθιστούν η μία την άλλη,

οι τέσσερις εποχές εναλλάσσονται ως συνήθως,

οι χήνες που πετούν στον ουρανό αποδημούν αυτό τον χειμώνα και πάλι επιστρέφουν την επόμενη άνοιξη,

Τα ψάρια στο νερό δεν φεύγουν ποτέ από τα ποτάμια και τις λίμνες – το σπίτι τους.

Τα τζιτζίκια στο έδαφος τραγουδούν με την ψυχή τους στη διάρκεια των καλοκαιρινών ημερών,

οι γρύλοι στο χορτάρι μουρμουρίζουν απαλά συγχρονισμένα με τον αέρα κατά το φθινόπωρο,

οι χήνες μαζεύονται σε σμήνη ενώ οι αετοί μένουν μοναχικοί,

οι αγέλες των λιονταριών διατηρούνται με το να κυνηγούν,

ο τάρανδος δεν απομακρύνεται από το χορτάρι και τα λουλούδια…

Κάθε είδος ζωντανού πλάσματος ανάμεσα σε όλα αναχωρεί και επιστρέφει και πάλι αναχωρεί,

ένα εκατομμύριο αλλαγές γίνονται όσο ν’ ανοιγοκλείσεις τα μάτια σου -

αλλά αυτό που δεν αλλάζει είναι τα ένστικτα τους και οι νόμοι της επιβίωσης.

Ζουν κάτω από την πρόνοια και θρέψη του Θεού

και κανείς δεν μπορεί ν’ αλλάξει τα ένστικτα τους,

Aquel que anhelas constantemente en tus pensamientos,

¿Quiénes entrarán al reino de Dios?

Solo logrando el verdadero arrepentimiento, podremos tener la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de Dios

El Señor Jesús dijo: “Arrepentíos, porque el reino de los cielos se ha acercado” (Mateo 4:17). De las palabras del Señor podemos ver que solo logrando el verdadero arrepentimiento se puede tener la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de los cielos. Pero, en comparación con lo que hacemos todos los días: A menudo vivimos en la condición de pecar y confesar, cuando vemos que los demás son inferiores que nosotros, los despreciamos desde el fondo de nuestro corazón; cuando vemos que otros son mejores que nosotros, todavía podemos envidiar de ellos, etc. Nuestros pensamientos están llenos de pecado y resistencia a Dios, si bien lo hablamos con sacerdote y nos limitamos a dejar de pecar cuando cometemos pecado, después de esto aún repetimos el mismo pecado involuntariamente. ¿Puede alguien así que a menudo confiesa sus pecados ante Dios pero siempre vuelve a pecar y resistirse a Él alcanzar el verdadero arrepentimiento? Entonces, ¿cómo debemos resolver el problema del pecado y lograr el sincero arrepentimiento?

Dios Todopoderoso dice: “Aunque Jesús hizo mucha obra entre los hombres, sólo completó la redención de toda la humanidad, se convirtió en la ofrenda por el pecado del hombre; no lo libró de su carácter corrupto. Salvar al hombre totalmente de la influencia de Satanás no sólo requirió que Jesús se convirtiera en la ofrenda por el pecado y cargara con los pecados del hombre, sino también que Dios realizara una obra incluso mayor para librar completamente al hombre de su carácter corrompido por Satanás. Y así, ahora que el hombre ha sido perdonado de sus pecados, Dios volvió a la carne para guiar al hombre a la nueva era, y comenzó la obra de castigo y juicio. Esta obra llevó al hombre a una esfera más elevada. Todos los que se someten bajo Su dominio disfrutarán una verdad más elevada y recibirán mayores bendiciones. Vivirán realmente en la luz, y obtendrán la verdad, el camino y la vida”.

Las palabras de Dios nos dicen claramente que tras recibir la salvación del Señor Jesús solo hemos sido perdonados de nuestros pecados, pero la naturaleza pecaminosa arraigada en nosotros no se ha resuelto, así que todavía podemos pecar y resistirse a Dios involuntariamente. Solo aceptando la obra de Dios de juzgar y purificar al hombre en los últimos días, podremos deshacernos completamente de la esclavitud del pecado, lograr la purificación de pecados, no pecar u oponernos a Él, solo así seremos capaces de alcanzar el auténtico arrepentimiento y tendremos la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de los cielos.

Ahora el Señor ya ha regresado, Él es Cristo de los últimos días, Dios Todopoderoso. Dios Todopoderoso ha publicado millones de verdades y está llevando a cabo la obra de juzgar y purificar al hombre. Solo si aceptamos las palabras y la obra de Dios Todopoderoso y experimentamos Su obra de juicio y purificación en los últimos días, podremos despojarnos por completo de la esclavitud del pecado, lograr el verdadero arrepentimiento y entrar en el reino de los cielos.

Challenge At Noshinima's Neighborhood: The Photo Studio Of My City Block #NoshsHoodChallenge3

Fashion photography is a big deal in New York City. I knew I had to design a studio deticated to all of our passions. It is the reason why we are on Flickr. ;)

Note: I have also decided to tag the people that were tagged by others after they uploaded their own entries for the challenge. This is to remind you that you have been nominated to take the challenge of doing a shoot at my park by your friends, that have already taken the challenge.

This is the third of my challenges taking place at my brand new, bigger parcel, also named Noshinima's Neighborhood. This setup was a nightmare to work on, and after weeks of work and a lot of lindens spend, I have finally came up with a new challenge for all of you and it is now ready for visitors. This is a new concept I am showcasing on my Flickr, where I challenge 50 great artists to do a photo shoot in the backdrop I created at my home sim.

For the third challenge, I created a large New York style city block, complete with all the different types of retail store outlets you would find at in your typical downtown scroll along downtown. There are clothing stores, supermarkets, pizzerias flower shops and all types of different settings that can be potentially found in just one city block. This also comes with a fairly realistic street view complete with cars and trucks. I am challenging the names tagged in this post to do a shoot within my city block anywhere they like and however they like.

Rules and details:

1) I (Noshinima Midas) tag 50 names of great photographers on Second Life. Said photographers that choose to participate in the challenge can come over to my parcel, Noshinima's Neighborhood (link below) and do an image anywhere in my city. You will be allowed two hours to use any posestands or props that you would like to add and are allowed to bring any friends you want to join you in your shoot. You are also allowed to make the shoot as safe or as adult as you like. The only rule is that you do the shoot within the city block. Take your time to have a look around to see where in the block would make a great place for your image.

2) Upload the finished image onto Flickr and place the hashtag #NoshsHoodChallenge3 on either the title or the description.

3) YOU MUST TAG 10 PEOPLE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE TAKE THIS CHALLENGE ON YOUR UPLOAD OF YOUR SHOOT! NO MORE, NO LESS! I have had several people during previous challenges that have not followed this simple rule so I am making it ALLCAPS to get the point across. Link them to this post and explain the rules to them as well. They must also tag 10 of their friends that they would like to see do this challenge if they themselves choose to participate as well. You must tag people that are actual active photographers on Second Life. Tagging pages dedicated to advertising a store, tagging real life photographers and tagging empty profiles does not count and is against the rules. Also, although you are permitted to do this if you desire, tagging me and tagging yourself will not count towards the number of 10 photographers you are tagging.

Daewoongjeon was rebuilt in 1982. Inside the hall, the Statues of three wooden sitting Buddhas are enshrined (National Treasure, No.1819). In the center is the Sakyamuni Buddha with the Medicine Buddha (Bhaisajyaguru) on his left and the Amitabha Buddha of the Western Pure Land (the Buddha of infinite Light) on his right. Behind the statues of the three Buddhas, there is a beautiful painting portraying the theme of the three Buddhas. Also unique architectural features add dignity to its beauty: the dragon image on the railing of the stairs, which was used exclusively for the palaces of kings. On our first evening headed to Heavener we knew that the A-OK Railroad sometimes left power at the junction with the KCS in Howe so we were hoping for some of their red and yellow Rock Island inspired units. Instead we were surprised with this, which was even better!

Sitting on the connecting track in the southwest quadrant of where the long gone diamond crossing once was we found two patched out ex Santa Fe GP35s and this nearly pristine ex Southern Pacific tunnel motor. Other than the simple LTEX lettering on the cab you would never know otherwise. LTEX 9362 is an EMD SD45T-2 blt. Feb. 1975. It once wore Kodachrome paint before receiving speed lettering later in life. After being retired by the UP they were purchased by the Kyle then traded in to LTEX later on though it continued to work on Genesee and Wyoming roads until it was purchased (along with two other tunnel motors) by the A-OK.

As for the A-OK (Arkansas-Oklahoma Railroad Company) it is a relatively young railroad having been founded in 1996. It operates 114 surviving miles of former Rock Island mainline in the state of Oklahoma. To read more check out this link: www.aokrr.com/6.html

Their routes were once part of the Rock Island's southern east-west route extending 874 miles from Memphis, TN to Tucamcari, NM. In the final years of the Rock Island the trackage here was known as tbe Southern Division mainline Subdivision 31 and this was MP 295.4. Alas the diamond is long gone and the trackage east is abandoned as far as Danville, AR where the Little Rock and Western operates it into the state capital.
