Langdon Hole.
I'm not sure how many black redstarts were around this morning but it was quite a lot. At the top of the Hole I had a female by the steps that go up towards the radar station. Continuing along the undercliff I found another pair above Dover Ferry Terminal. I then went up past the visitor centre and in front of the radar station I had another pair. On returning to top of the Hole I had 6 - 4 females and 2 males on the chalk face just west of the steps. So there was a minimum of 6 but there could have been several more..
A Cold and Dark abyss of decay within a slate of Cement .Yet together manage to form something beautiful and fierce...
I found some nice reflections at the Como golf course. Unfortunately the fall colors were lacking.

Scattered along the lower Magothy River banks near its mouth in the Chesapeake River you will find anchorages for sailing boats of all sizes and Black Hole is one such place.
Warm waters welcome swimmers, kayakers, and people looking for a quiet relaxing getaway from the city.
I dropped by on my way home from some local wildlife reserves to grab a shot of the sunset at this local beauty spot. Really found it hard to do justice to the location. Whenever I try landscape my respect for those that make it look easy increases.

The Wulong Karst (Chinese: 武隆喀斯特) is a karst landscape located within the borders of Wulong District, Chongqing Municipality, People's Republic of China. It is divided into three areas containing the Three Natural Bridges, the Qingkou Tiankeng (箐口天坑) and Furong Cave respectively. It is a part of the Wulong Karst National Geology Park as well as part of the South China Karst, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Teton Range, partially obseured by smoke from the Berry Fire, rises beyond the Jackson Hole valley.
