From our room in the Four Season's we were treated each morning to this view of the sunrise over Jackson Hole Wyoming. I could get accustomed to this.
I'm not sure I've ever posted a sunset shot from Stair Hole, but after a lovely walk along the beaches of St Oswalds Bay, Man O War Bay and Durdle Door on Tuesday, I spied some nice high cloud, and as Stair Hole is only a couple of minutes from the car park at Lulworth Cove, it was too good an opportunity to miss.
Busy day clearing my work.
Came home and saw this hole on the door, perfect for a quick take and post for today theme. pardon for the blurry image :)

This is the actual jacket worn by Vice Admiral Nelson, commonly known as "Lord Nelson" on the day of his death at the Battle of Trafalgar.
I must say, for a uniform, it is a remarkably elegant and stylish piece of clothing.
Just below the left epaulet you can see the hole made by the bullet that ended his life.

A rose that caught my eye early in the morning while everyone's still asleep. She has a little hole on her petal, who knows who did it. Everyone is given his Time.

Langdon Hole.
I'm not sure how many black redstarts were around this morning but it was quite a lot. At the top of the Hole I had a female by the steps that go up towards the radar station. Continuing along the undercliff I found another pair above Dover Ferry Terminal. I then went up past the visitor centre and in front of the radar station I had another pair. On returning to top of the Hole I had 6 - 4 females and 2 males on the chalk face just west of the steps. So there was a minimum of 6 but there could have been several more..
