Once again I was kicked out of the Magic Kingdom. Security was tight after the park had been extended an hour. I didn't want the extension. One great morning I was in the Magic Kingdom before the park opened to guests and I was taking photos. I ventured over to Mansion and found a Cast Member Tour going on. Which Tree is better: Magic Kingdom vs Disneyland?
Oh the lack of sleep I get while trying to get just the right photo. It is a sacrifice for all of you that I get up at 2:30 am to go to the parks and resorts to take these photos. A cold November morning duck hunting in East Penobscot Bay, Maine. Three of us were in a boat waiting for the ducks to come in. I couldn't resist breaking the cardinal rule and setting my shotgun while the decoys were out. I grabbed my camera and start "shooting" away. Our guide was miffed, but since no ducks came in for an hour I didn't feel bad.
This was taken with a Canon 7d, and a 15-85 hand held. I used Nik HDR Efx to edit the shot.

While walking around Animal Kingdom the other night I came across this amazing spot to see the Tree Of Life, the icon of the park. Do you ever visit the other resorts when you visit?
This one night I was walking with some friends around Yacht and Beach after getting some ice cream and had some time before I had to get home. So I decided to look for new areas to photograph. I stepped into the Conference building between the two resorts and was taken aback by the colors and how that normal guests that come to the parks never see this. I doubt many of the guests of the resorts even see this. Those that have had some sort of conference here have been fortunate enough, but that limits the numbers that have stepped foot here. I love this place. I have a series of photos that I had to get and will be posting them all in time.

Have you been to the new Harambe Theatre?
One of the places I go every time I come to Animal Kingdom is the Harambe Theatre to see the Festival of the Lion King. I love this show and it makes me feel so good after. This theatre is so beautiful. A friend of mine said this about it and I have to agree., "Even though it's quite new, it feels as though it's been here since day one." The are is very well designed.

Animal Kingdom got all festive again this year with a great tree. So many things to look at and I had so much fun trying to get the right shot.
