.......midnight strikes, hunters prowl
seeking which is forbidden
in true convict style
indulgence wins
so begins mutilation
no battle was fought
the work of beast unfolds
keep the secret close or die
guilty of innocence, guilty of
innocent
pure perversion
truth kept, tightly wrapped,
shrouded in, devils breath
trembling, twisted, trapped
the smell of torment
fills the room
so still, deathly silence
the victims future crumbles......
We all have that something that you love to do, but you just cannot admit that you do it. Well go ahead and admit it that there’s nothing more enjoyable than that hot relaxing bath after the kids are asleep and your hubby’s brain is being sucked out by the wide screen in the living room. The scent of Guilty Pleasures is not overpowering, but is amazingly sensual with elegant florals and lingering, delicate white musk undertones. Who knows, after your hubby catches a whiff of you he may be waiting in the bedroom for you instead of camping out in front of the tube.

A court in Ecuador has found Chevron guilty of massive environmental pollution and human rights violations in the Amazon, and has ordered the company to pay $8 billion to clean it up. But Chevron has vowed to appeal the decision, and clearly plans to stall indefinitely, hoping never to pay its due. So the Change Chevron team got together with our friends and allies at Amazon Watch, Greenpeace, Global Exchange, and Communities for a Better Environment (of Richmond, CA) headed down to Chevron’s HQ in San Ramon, CA, and delivered a message to the company: Chevron was found guilty because the company is guilty. Time to accept responsibility and clean up the oily mess in Ecuador!

The first Beeching report in 1963 identified 2,363 stations and 5,000 miles (8,000 km) of railway line for closure, amounting to 55% of stations, 30% of route miles, and the loss of 67,700 British Rail jobs
Protests resulted in the saving of some stations and lines, but the majority were closed as planned. Beeching's name remains associated with the mass closure of railways and the loss of many local services in the period that followed. A few of these routes have since reopened. Some short sections have been preserved as heritage railways, while others have been incorporated into the National Cycle Network
