One of my so called guilty pleasures is to put one some half ass attempt at 60's make-up, part my hair like Twiggy and take selfportraits!

So the Change Chevron team got together with our friends and allies at Amazon Watch, Greenpeace, Global Exchange, and Communities for a Better Environment (of Richmond, CA) headed down to Chevron’s HQ in San Ramon, CA, and delivered a message to the company: Chevron was found guilty because the company is guilty. Time to accept responsibility and clean up the oily mess in Ecuador!

Adam et Eve (1827)
Eve vient d'offrir la pomme à Adam. La nudité frontale des deux personnages, placés dans un décor naturel est clairement glorifiée. Le contraste entre les chairs blanches des figures aux formes antiques et la noirceur du côté gauche de l'oeuvre, là où souffle l'esprit du serpent qui inspire Eve, rehausse la volonté de grandeur et de moralité. Les montagnes témoignent d'une vision cosmique. Témoin endormi de ce moment capital tel que la Bible le raconte, le lion, symbole de puissance et de sagesse, est passif, force inutile. Quant aux visages des personnages, ils sont très différents. Alors que les traits d'Eve semblent idéalisés, ceux d'Adam paraissent tirés d'un modèle d'atelier.
Le Paradis Perdu (1827)
"Le Paradis perdu" doit sa force à un univers qui semble intemporel. Le cataclysme qui s'abat sur les deux personnages est traduit avec une rare vivacité. Protégée par les bras d'Adam, Eve pleure. Un ciel d'orage, aux tonalités rouge sang, sert de décor à cette scène dramatique. Derrière, une mer est déchaînée, tel un déluge. A gauche, caché par un arbre déraciné, ricane l'Enfer. La pose monumentale d'Adam rappelle les oeuvres de Michel-Ange. Tel un ange, il projette sa masse puissante vers le spectateur. Le corps d'Eve, délicatement rendu par le glissement de la lumière, est un bel hommage aux courbes maniéristes de la Renaissance. Les yeux embués de larmes, en proie au désespoir, Eve incarne le remords et le chemin vers la rédemption. Le lion, dont le dos nous fait face, renvoie comme un miroir ce message qui le voit passer de l'aveuglement (endormissement) au constat - il fait face aux éléments. Il symbolise la nouvelle position de l'espèce humaine : le courage face aux épreuves.

Somebody had an accident! He was having so much fun checking out all the drama up the road. Well somebody toppled over mid squat and landed in a nice big pile of Micheal Vick!!! I wiped him off as best I could, little man went right upstairs and waited by the shower door to wash the stinky off.
Worst part... It's been such a long day, and I was wiped by the time I got home....after he did this, all I could do was laugh
