When I heard rumors of Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli teaming up with Lucasfilm to do an animated Grogu short, I about lost my mind. This is literally a dream come true, as if all the stars aligned. I even stayed up until 1:30 AM last night, waiting for it to go on, knowing it would be released today, but no luck. Then this morning, there it was, simply titled āGrogu and Dust Bunniesā, waiting to be watched. I was hesitant at first to watch, hoping not to be let down. When the Studio Ghibli/Totoro profile appeared, as it does in all Miyazaki films, I felt a surge of excitement jolt through my veins. What followed was four minutes of absolute perfection, and from me, tears, tears, and more tears. From the first notes from Ludwig Goranssonās song āReunitedā, a song I played at @krisloyaartās memorial celebration, to the pink flower sequence (please donāt scroll, if you havenāt watched this, yet), it was a flawless traditional animated short. I am in complete awe, and thereās no doubt Kris would šÆ approve. Union Pacific Autorack "Baby Yoda" aka Grogu from the The Mandalorian and Frankenstein
heads east on the NS 10K-01 at Cove, PA on March-2nd-2022.
During the strike the miners had setup a tent city where they were able to live (since the mining company evicted them of their company owned homes). Following the violence that erupted on April 20th, 1914 the tents were set ablaze (was it the militia? an accident?). The following day 2 women and 10 children were discovered in one of the cellars and had suffocated. This became known as 'the death pit'. This statue for the monument is placed right next to this pit which has a heavy latched door to keep it dry and critter free. Down the staircase and behind another door is where these offerings were found.

DHCL cited to be started by Lucy Spata when she moved to the neighborhood from Bensonhurst in 1986 no one on the block decorated back in the early 1980's Lucy started small with a snowflake and some blow mold light up soldiers then went bigger and the neighborhood caught on and joined in making it the uplifting display that it has gown to be. Lucy Spata first put up her display with 40 angels on her lawn to honor her mother after she passed away in 1986. In July 2019 Lucy's husband Anthony Spata passed away and had Lucy promise that she would keep on decorating for Christmas to which she agreed calling it a beautiful tradition. Lucy does not accept donations for the lighting bill as Spata does this from her heart wanting the children who visit to feel the warmth and joy of the season, if children visit at special time they can meet Santa Claus on the red chair in front of the home which is the same red chair where many pose for their annual Brooklyn Christmas photos, Merry Christmas from I Love NY!

Here is my version of the Mandalorian's N1. Although I am globally satisfied. I think I will rework it to lighten it and especially change the dark grey parts (parts I don't have enough, same for the yellow reactor).
For the support I had to make one... but I also wanted to make this scene in diorama since a while... so I made both.
Maybe in a few months I'll sacrifice the daggoba and trench run diorama I got to make a cleaner one of this scene.
