The famous white wine of San Gimignano is ripening under the Tuscan sun. Hills and wine yards always form a strong graphical combination.
Escher in Het Paleis (Escher in The Palace) is a museum in The Hague, Netherlands, featuring the works of the Dutch graphical artist M. C. Escher. It is housed in the Lange Voorhout Palace since November 2002.
In 2015 it was revealed that many of the prints on display at the museum were replicas, scanned from original prints and printed onto the same type of paper used by Escher, rather than original Escher prints as they had been labeled.
This is my newest Alive design. I hope to release it before christmas. I think I´m heavy into birds...

In the waters of Lillebælt on the east coast of Jutland, Denmark, is Fredericia situated. An historic and enterprising town which is a kind of hub between the main land and the two major islands Funen and Sjaelland. The last and furthest to the east, is where Copenhagen is situated.
This graphical shot is the circular bath from where you look over to Funen. These waters are often visited by small whales. The water is now, the end of October, about ten degrees celsius. This morning at 8 AM quite a few winter bathers visit this beautifull work of architecture in the sunrise.

One of the mission in photography is to recreate the 3 dimensional space on a 2 dimensional surface (screen or paper).
Photographers try to do this by using light and shadow, perspective, selective focus, depth of field etc to create that 3 dimensional illusion.
I reduced the maples scene to B&W and it is now more like a graphical pattern. This is much like working against the photographic vision!

Reconnaissable à sa tête de chien noir, Anubis (Impou en egyptien) remonte probablement aux sources de la civilisation égyptienne, puisque sa fête est mentionnée dès 3000 av. J.-C.
Protecteur de la ville de Kasa, dont l'emblème était le chien errant, Anubis est très tôt devenu le patron des embaumeurs en inventant la momification.Technique expérimentée une première fois sur le corps démembré du dieu Osiris, son père.Maître de la thanatopraxie, il accompagnait le défunt, protégeait sa dépouille de la corruption et donc de la mort définitive.Pendant les embaumements, le prêtre revêtait le masque d'Anubis et rejouait la scène mythologique de momification d'Osiris.La couleur noire d'Anubis serait la métaphore de sa fonction: verser du bitume dans le cadavre.

The idea was born to make a self-portrait on all four graphical corners of Amsterdam. To start with the Easternmost point on Amsterdam territory...
Location: Uitdammerdijk, Amsterdam Noord (rural North), the Easternmost point of Amsterdam.

Reason: During some of my recent urban biking sessions to explore Amsterdam and it's vicinity I discovered how vast the Amsterdam territory is. The rural area in Amstedam Noord is the size of half the city.
East, North, South, North:
Easternmost: Uitdammerdijk, municipal boundary with Uitdam
Northernmost: Oostzanerdijk, municipal boundary with Zaanstad.
Westernmost: Machineweg, municipal boundary with Halfweg
Southernmost: Holendrechterweg, municipal and provincial boundary with Abcoude.
Biking distanes to:
Northernmost point: 21.9 km (Zaandam) 1h09
Westernmost point: 31.4 km (Halfweg) 1h41

Uitdam: Uitdam is a hamlet in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Waterland, and lies on the coast of the IJsselmeer, about 12 km northeast of Amsterdam. Uitdam is located south of Marken, on the Waterlandse Zeedijk, the dike along the Gouwzee and the Markermeer, formerly the Zuiderzee. Population: 130
Remarkable: In the year 2022, the easternmost point of Amsterdam will shift considerably because we will then have to count the easternmost point of Weesp as the easternmost point of the municipality of Amsterdam. On 1 June 2019 the civil service offices of the municipality of Weesp merged with those of the municipality of Amsterdam in preparation of the merger of the two municipalities, which is supposed to happen on 24 March 2022. The southernmost point will then also be in Weesp.

WET DREAM, Oil painting by Jaisini
Wet Dream, an oil painting by Jaisini, in terms of exploration of own sexuality, dreams, or nightmares, belongs to a human traditional need for personal revelations. The imagery of the work is of a usually Jaisinesque theme that is not to be a statement or an illusion, but which summons the emotions.
In Wet Dream, the feelings of morning euphoria and desire create a new formula of early life’s passion. Jaisini delivers a high sensory level through the graduate, almost hypnotic step by step desire awakening.
The work precedes the Reincarnation series. As in all of his paintings, Jaisini pursues a metamorphosis of the physical and mental states. In his works, the concept and the material are enclosed and inserted within each other. The essential visual vehicle is in a line, that emphatically has a life of its own and could be perceived as an automatic release. The enclosure of the line is not only graphical, but also symbolic of the connection between the picture’s elements which await their disclosure.
In the years of cubism, Andre Masson created his series of erotic drawings. In his works, Masson portrayed pure erotica with total absorption in the act, orgiastic, uncomplicated, and a little banal. The lack of diversity in such a subject matter as eroticism resulted in the Masson’s scenes of pairs, trios, or even dozens of naked women interacting in a sexual way with one another. Masson filled these scenes with a Rubensian appreciation of the flesh and its pleasures, the very quality which impoverishes the otherwise fruitful area of human psyche.
Jaisini, on the contrary, uses the sensual overtones to enrich and explore the mysterious realm of mind potential. So, instead of creating automatically, similarly, and limited, Jaisini employs his mind to complicate and develop the subject of desire.
In Masson’s erotic series, the only sentiment is the libidinous desire. Jaisini reflects a different time and epoch that is not satisfied with the simple approach. Jaisini combines together the physical with psychological, which becomes nearly a game.
The expressionistic line swirls flow in the open canvas ground and embrace the canvas in expansive loops. The work is airy.
The artist’s thought transfers line into an image of a contraposto torso with a liplike part on the neck cut. Another female images express their physical and emotional concerns. The bottom lean figure indicates the young age of this female. In turn, that may explain the desperate pose for the erotic fulfillment. The third blond woman at the upper right corner appears to be more sexually mature. She holds a big breast that belongs to another female with a face that has only big red lips and flowing down hair lines. Here, we find a profile of a man who seems to sniff the aroma of the female bodies not without pleasure. In the center, there is another gasping profile. The curvilinear forms enhance the overall impression of a fluid movement, which so well corresponds to the erotic sensation. A phallic finger touches a soft pillow and charges erotic energy in all other phallic configurations in Wet Dream.
All images link in their conscious-unconscious, figurative-abstract condition.
The cycle of desire goes on endlessly and is at the core of human existence. In Wet Dream, Jaisini liberates the desire from the self. In this well born work of art the desire is taken for a model. The work demonstrates what we know of creation to be a combination of already existing things into newer forms. That being so, the desire of man must have been in an endless existence and will continue to dwell in bodies and in works of art to which Wet Dream is an example.
