Why do you like cycling?

It’s a good feeling and...

Where would you go if your bike could take you anywhere?

I'd rather ask for time to ride a bike.

Which part of your bike would you be?

I'd stick with riding.

What kind of bike do you have and what is its story?

A red one, because red is good. A green one, because that is good too. Purple, because I got to like it. Black, because I can go to the church with it. Grey, because it is very attractive. And a black one for the mountain.

Green Eye; Life

Green is a concrete concept which should be practiced in daily for sustainable life. Thinking spirit must accompany the behaving body in practicing Green. Green should be practiced whenever, wherever, and by whomever, relating to direct and objective facts. On the contrary, human life consists of free choice, relating to subjective ideas. Therefore, one’s attitude in life doesn’t always go with Green, necessitating agreeable alternatives. After all, even though everything seeks harmony with Yin and Yang in the Universe, human desire cannot always find its way to flow.

Byoung Won Choi attempted to contemplate on this thesis and consider experimental. As he begins this exploration he is a sinner before nature, challenged with a feeling of powerlessness. However, he begins this journey with his small and true conscience as a human being living this age.

originally inspired by australian graphic designer Peter Gould's Ramadhan Salam Wall project :)

I started off asking friends if they wanted a portrait for Gould's SalamWall facebook page, and sent in a couple of entries, but then as the month Ramadhan finished I thought, hey let's just continue with the Salam greetings as a portrait project! Even after the fasting month ended friends expressed interest to have their portrait taken with this theme.

I intend to photograph more people to add to the collection. Will go out on the streets to expand this project to strangers hopefully :) it will be my theme when approaching subjects. Also inspired by Humans of New York and What Muslims Look Like, I aim to document the muslim community in my area and also the Islamic practice of saying "salam, (peace be upon you)" in place of hello :)
