Yesterday was “graduation day” of sorts for the Juniors at Butler Tech. Five groups had completed their Fifty-Six kits and had maiden flights! A few issues here and there, and one failure, but a good day.
Between myself and another club member (Randy Adams), we were able to make sure each of the students flew yesterday with either their own plane or with one of the Old School Model Works prototypes.
Old School Model Works is very proud to be part of the curriculum. And I’d also like to thank Rich Packer and Sheila Lang, who headed up this program.
