I loved this one. But unfortunately after this paint job... THEY DIED!! I had them nice and longish but I had to nub them down, except for my pinky with was doing fine and I didn't have the heart to chop it off. Using expensive nail magic base coat now to try and repair them.
Midtrain helpers Union Pacific 6415 (former Southern Pacific 135), 6556 & 8665 are needed on the 2,4% gradient towards Soldier Summit.
Halverwege de 105 wagons lange en 15.000 ton zware kolentrein mogen de 'helpers' 6415, 6556 & 8665 op vol vermogen meehelpen om de zware goederentrein de 2,4% steile helling op te krijgen naar Soldier Summit. Deze loks zijn in het spoorwegstadje Helper in de trein geplaatst en zullen vlak voor de top weer uit de trein worden gehaald.
De laatste van het drietal, de 6415 draagt nog de kleuren van haar voormalige eigenaar Southern Pacific, waar ze het nummer 135 droeg. Samen met de 6556 is ze van het GE model AC4400CW. De 8665 daarentegen is gebouwd door concurrent GM-EMD en is van het type SD70Ace. Desondanks kunnen beide typen loks gewoon in multiple tractie samen rijden.

Here's another one that isn't terribly interesting, but I'm just experimenting and learning some different back lighting techniques.
I used 2 key lights with homemade diffusers. One on the left front, and the other on the right and to the back to highlight the edges. Then a 3rd light was used to hit the white background sweep. I had to play around quite a bit until I got the right effect. It would probably be a lot easier with some sort of rectangular lamp or a speedlight. I welcome any suggestions you might have to improve the effect.
This ad was hung on the wall of Dipoli, the conference center hosting Ropecon 2009.

Coração recortado na parte colante do Post-It, colado na unha com TC e depois esmaltado por cima com uma mistura rosa de uns restos de esmalte.
Até que ficou boitinho :) Ainda não bem limpo porque deixei isso pra depois :)
