This is what I like when shooting in infrared, to see the different shades in the vegetation. The cedar appears gray, the thuyas look very bright because their shiny leaves reflect much of the sunlight, and the weeds seem to absorb ilght.

Cactus not included, but they want to be.

The remains of a gradient post, with both arms missing. It would have read "1 in 330" on the left hand arm, with "Level" on the right.

FLUFFfibers BFL in the Sticks and Stones colorway, spun into two gradient skeins, Sticks (brown, 115 yards pre-wash) and Stones (charcoal, 137 yards pre-wash).

I separated the colors and hand-carded them into rolags to get the gradient. They are semi-worsted or semi-woolen (I spun from rolags but spun in my usual short backward draw style).

This flower is pretty dope. It was in a hedge on a road with no pavements, and i almost got run over after taking this picture.

First portrait using gradient mesh.
