This is a second tutorial on editing Gradients. It is here : photoshopper27.blogspot.com/2011/01/gradient-editing-2.html
A murderously dark storm cloud against a bright blue sky, while the sun catches a street lamp post in Glasgow.
I love the sea's sounds and the way it reflects the sky. The colours that shimmer across its surface are unbelievable. This, combined with the colour of the water over white sand, surprises me every time. (John Dyer)
Just beyond Ridgeway Road, towards Kingswood Junction, stood this Gradient Post, showing a gradient change from 1 in 81 down to 1 in 67 down towards Bristol. January 1982.

From the box base:
"The colors in this puzzle have been arranged to suggest that there exists no precise point on the chromatic scale at which one color becomes another. The puzzle can be considered compete even when its pieces are disassembled and mixed together in the box."
Designed by Bryce Wilner, a graphic designer and publisher from Roanoke, Virginia. He lives and works in Chicago.
Larger than usual pieces in this 500pc puzzle, which made for an easy build despite what looked like a difficult project. In fact it was completed in just a few hours (yesterday evening and this morning).
I started at the yellow end and worked up towards the red, as that seemed the easiest approach. In this instance my almost obssesive method of sorting into piece shapes proved the best way because relying on the colour gradation didn't always work. A surprisingly enjoyable 'make'.
Slopes of the Jacques Cartier valley with their fall foliage in the Jacques Cartier National Park, Québec, Canada.
Simple colour blocking with the most subtle gradient I've done. Darkest nail is the pinky, lightest the thumb. The way the sun is here it makes it look like it's the light, but it's totes the polish.
Pinky: Illamasqua, Ruthless
Ring: Aziza II (no name, bargin bottle)
Middle: Blush (no name, bargin bottle)
Index: Milani Neon, Techno Red
