There is very few places in the UK where you can watch a Freight train getting loaded, that can be viewed from a public road or footpath. Viewed from the footbridge at Arcow Quarry is 66735 being loaded before forming 6D77 to Hunslet on the 7th September 2018.

~Get Your Own~

God knows, I love Onion Rings. I got these yesterday at my local "The Habit Burger Grill" as I had a free Char-burger coupon they gave away for registering an email address.

After a long walk yesterday, they were very happy and finally started playing with each other. A breakthrough after almost 2 weeks!!

Thanks to my friend T. for showing me this beautiful place to get lost...

Fishing can be hard work. The young man on the right looked so serious as he watched for the first sign of a fish hooked on his line. Both of these fellas caught fish and I caught pics of them doing it. This isn't something I see much of in Daytona, so it was an interesting sight for me.

I'm going to be working on my Bristol, Tennessee photos for a while, so that I can compile an album. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed being there!

Getting outside home work. Being around nature and trees is relaxing.

Fellow photographer braving the ocean waves to get a close-up shot of Thor's Well. I am happy to report that she made it back onto the shore safely, and her camera was still working!

This was taken at Johannesburg Zoo , South Africa.

The photo challenge of week 41 was GET PUSHED. Another participant of the Challenge looked at my profile and gave me an assignment to take a picture that I had never taken before, or at least something that I would not normally take a picture of, so out of my comfort zone. He asked me to make a photo of something blue…….

I was on a short break in Belgium, in Ieper and the weather was not always good. A lot of rain, and luckily also a sign of a blue sky! So I made this abstract photo of the raindrops on the window, with a little blue sky in the background.

The roots of this bulb say, "Hang in there!" The beads came from a friendly woman in Texas on the first week of Mardi Gras season in January . . . no, I didn't have to DO anything to get them.

This young male had already made his way through numerous fish by the time I took this shot.

With such a bountiful selection available in the bay, he was happy to eat his breakfast only yards off shore, despite the presence of several onlookers.

Otter watching has to be one of the best wildlife experiences and certainly brightened up a cold wet January morning.

We were lucky enough to be entertained by him for over an hour as he made his way through the local fish population.

New Years Eve 2018

Sorry for being MIA lately, I have just moved back to Sydney and I'm only now starting to unpack and get my things sorted. I've started working on my doll display shelf too, which I am very excited about. It does seem, however, that I am short of 5 clover stands. Does anyone have any spare, lol?

On this day the We're Here group were visiting the Coiled Knotted Twisted group.

From the garden ... the metal is a cloche frame and the string keeps the shape, otherwise there would be shallow wide poly tunnels, rather than tall narrower ones.
