The 2023 CCIM Sporting Clays event was held Wednesday April 12, 2023 at Reunion Ranch near Georgetown, Texas.
Walking back to a Metro station, quite tipsy, I tried to take this picture of the stained glass of a church but I couldn't hold the camera steady! :-)
Founded in 1859 during the Pike's Peak Gold Rush, it became a thriving mining town during the silver boom of the 1880's. Today it is one of the best preserved mining towns in Colorado.

Un grupo de uruguayos exalumnos de Georgetown University fueron recibidos por la Embajadora Keiderling, también exalumna, en su residencia oficial para comenzar a trabajar en la organización de la comunidad de alumni de dicha institución.
Durante el evento se firmaron los estatutos para la creación de la Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro de Exalumnos de Georgetown University.
El encuentro se caracterizó por un interesante intercambio de ideas, networking, proyectos y miradas a futuro, donde se analizaron cuáles son los valores compartidos entre Georgetown y Uruguay que se pueden potenciar en el futuro a través de esta asociación.

From a car show in Georgetown. It's kind of a monthly event and only lasts for a couple hours. Where as the cars were very cool and wide variety to look at, that is not my real interest. I am more interested in the gadgets and neat ornaments that you find on the car. So there are no pictures of the cars themselves. There are a couple of really old Harley's here as well.
