New Islington Square terraces by FAT architects from the south. I'd just turned left from Old Mill Street onto Cardroom when I took this photo. The existing 1960s housing estate is visible on the left. These will be replaced by additional new housing - although I don't think it's FAT who are doing the area opposite New Islington Square. Apologies for the raindrop on the lens. It's was sputtering rain the whole time I was there.
