Kid is sitting in the 4th row, blueline, at the Thrasher's game and is playing Gameboy. At least he looks when the crowd yells. His brother was doing the same.

For some sad/strange reason, few people--even GameBoy fans--seem to talk about LOZC G. Amusements' Burning Paper, released in Japan (only) in 1993. Not only does it sport some great box art, but it sports some wonderfully compelling gameplay, too.
