Marine veteran Ray Hennagir, native of Orlando, Fla., dives for a volleyball during practice for the 2013 Marine Corps Trials at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 27, 2013. Hennagir lost both his legs and four fingers on his left hand to an improvised explosive device while with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion in Afghanistan in 2007. Hennagir plans to compete in wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball and swimming. The Trials is an opportunity for wounded Marines, veterans and allies to compete in wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, track and field, swimming, archery and shooting. The top 50 athletes will go on to compete against wounded warriors from the other branches of military service at the Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, Colo., in May.

A few new photos from the game cams we have set up. I pulled some of the more interesting pictures off of the SD cards to upload.

I think this is one of the 8 point bucks, although you can't see all of them. I believe he is smelling for females since this was taken during the rut.

2014 Challenge, Week 22/52: STILL LIFE - TECHNOLOGY

How about checkers?

The Great Lakes Loons (50-24) defeated the visiting Lansing Lugnuts (34-40) at Dow Diamond on Monday, 3 July.

The Loons were down early, but scored 3 in the bottom of the 7th to take a 4-3 lead. They would give up a run in the top of the 9th, but a Dalton Rushing double followed by a Damon Keith hit won the game 5-4 for the Loons.

"Oh great !!! My Avatar Just Rezzed Inside Out Again!!!"

"Oh yeah Bro? And LOOK at that! You just Exploded too!!! That was friggin fantastic. Man there are going to be stray pieces of you ALL OVER the region!"

Quick! Teleport to another region and blow up again!!!

Despite the poor quality, this one makes me smile. This has always been my favorite image of vintage Skipper. It is an auction pic from a million years ago that I saved for reference that I just ran across on my hard drive. I played around with the color a little in PS and cropped it but it's still pretty bad. I wonder how expensive the game would be or if it's any fun to play...

I was tagged by Bob in NY. Thanks Bob.

This is the main part of my collection. On an other shelf are my Vernus McFlytrap and my other Fashionistas.

Yes, her controller purse does open (look at the tiny inset picture for proof).

Kjersti is one of the now rare MH dolls, who come with a stand and a diary.

She is a gamer. What's not to like?

Her hair. It's the sad, usual Mattel mess. ;-)

I wasn't tagged, but I wanted to participate anyways. These are pretty much some of my most wanted of dolls, who also happen to be insanely expensive. Plus I wanted to let you all know I'm not strictly a Winx collector. Yep, lots of reasons...

1. Mystic doll- Stardust Mermaid-

JUST LOOK AT HER. Those pearls, that hair, the beautiful face colors, and her gorgeous tail (that you can't see very well in this picture). This doll is just perfection itself. But at $598, it might be a while before she's mine.

2. Integrity Toys Fashion Royalty Dynamite Girls London Calling Kyu- *huff* *huff* such a mouth full. I just LOVE his outfit, hair slicked to one side hair, amazing articulation, his Asian-like face.. Ah who am I kidding? I just have this guy completely mindset as Techrat from Jem and the Holograms. I totally love Techrat along with Eric Raymond.... weird, I know but there it is. I have a strange attraction to villain characters of all kinds.

3. Phantom of the Opera Barbie and Ken set- One of my favorite love stories of all time, and an absolutely gorgeous gift set. I really want to get this set because the 6th grade teachers at my old school were best friends and each had a love of Phantom of the Opera and doll collecting, the first fellow doll collector I ever met actually. I have a fantasy in my head of one day walking in to their classrooms and presenting this doll set to them. I wonder if they're still there actually, I haven't checked in a few years.

4. Barbie Queen Elizabeth- I have an extreme love for all things Classic English, and I'm still in the process of discovering the true wonders of Shakespeare beyond the classroom. Elizabeth is one of my greatest historical role models, and until they make a Joan of Arc or historically accurate Anastasia Romanov doll, she's at the very top of my list of historical figures doll collection.

5. Barbie Wind Rider- From an early age, my two biggest unusual obsessions was learning about Ancient Egypt and Native American civilizations. I always wanted Native American dolls, and this one along with American Girl Kaya are probably my most wanted on that list of dolls. She's more Native American inspired than a correct representation, but her insane amount of feathers and gorgeous beaded jewelry makes me giddy every time I think of how awesome it would be to own her. But for the great price of around $700, it might be a long time before she's mine.

6. Ashton-Drake Tiana doll- Never have I fallen so hard for a Disney doll like this one. She's perfect in every single way, down to the hair, jewelry, dress, the best Disney doll EVER made in my opinion.

7. Integrity Toys Synergy- Last year I started watching the Jem and the Holograms series after hearing about it around the web. I instantly fell in love with Synergy's character and her mother like countenance. After finding out she was based off of Jem's mom, I just loved her all the more. Plus how cool would it be to have all of that stuff she can make with her holograms? This doll is just a perfect copy and paste from the show.
