Better than any book in English I've ever seen. The photos are beautiful and it outlines a bunch of restaurants based on type of cuisine.
About The Series: The focal press guides, usually but not always written by the indefatigable W. D. Emanuel are a treasure trove for collectors of cameras. Not for the sections on how to use individual cameras (which do, however contain a great deal of good sense) but for the descriptions of different models. They are the first source to go to if you want to know the difference between (for example) an Ensign Selfix 16/20 Model I and an Ensign Selfix Model II or how many elements the Trinar lens in your Regula camera has

Day five of our Norway Trip.
👉 Free Northern Norway Guide Book PDF with all our tips, tricks, best hotels, places to visit and more. bit.ly/MyNorwayGuide
We drive from Alta to North Cape (NordKapp) in winter along snow covered roads and in a convoy until we reach the most northerly point in Europe. We then spend the evening in Honningsvag.
We start the day at our Hotel in Alta the Scandic Alta by having breakfast and checking the weather and road forecast for the day ahead.
We set out very early and drive towards the North Cape, the roads were covered in snow and we followed a snow plough for about an hour.
We finally arrived to the road to North Cape (Nordkapp) at 10:40 ready for the convoy at 11:00. In order to drive to the North Cape in winter you need to follow a convoy that departs twice per day, this is to ensure that it is safe and everyone arrives in one piece.
The North Cape is the most northernmost point in Europe and I have wanted to visit it for more than 20 years.
We had a good look around and it was quite windy, in fact the wind blew my camera tripod over breaking my camera lens.
Inside we toured the exhibits and got some lunch.
In total we spend a couple of hours here before driving back to Honningsvag.
At Honningsvag we checked into out hotel the Scandic Bryggen Honningsvag and walked around the town before getting some dinner.
We ended the day with a sauna at our hotel.

Havana Travel Guide – 6 Must-Dos In Havana And So Much More!
This Havana travel guide can feel very much like a trip to the past. Its old streets, particularly in picturesque Havana Vieja, haven’t changed much in the decades since the Cuban Revolution. The cars are old models from the ’50s, with the occasional Soviet LADA. Driving around the streets of Havana feels like going back to a time where the Berlin wall never fell.
Day 7, Leaving Taseko lake, stunning views from Taseko mountain with an eerie haze from the forest fires. A surprise in the local town of a rodeo and some entertainment.
A tour guide giving a tour of the rotunda in the US Capitol, we were fourtnate to be escorted and given a tour by my younger brother Nathan which got us a number of places you don't normally get to go such as the floor of the house.

Rules For the Control of The Tongue
(Every religion, system of philosophy or code of ethics includes advice on curbing the rash activities of the tongue–which is referred to in the Christian Bible as "an unruly evil, full of deadly poison." Here are some of the rules which the Jain Shastras give for guidance in governing this obstreperous trouble-maker.)
1. Avoid lying; speak only words which are truthful and sincere.
2. Avoid exaggeration; speak in simplicity and truth.
3. Avoid deception; do not deceive either by work, look, or gesture.
4. Avoid evil-speaking; practice good will.
5. Do not listen to, act upon, or repeat an evil story. He who speaks evil of another, cannot find the way to peace.
6. Avoid idle conversation; learn how to be silent. Do not let the tongue run. Do not talk about the private affairs of others.
7. Avoid accusation, recrimination, condemnation and raillery. Practice forgiveness. Do not condemn those who are not walking in the righteous path; but protect them with compassion, walking the path yourself.
8. Avoid frivolous jesting and irreverent speech. Be modest in your words. Let your words be grave and reverent. Gravity and reverence are marks of purity and wisdom.
9. Avoid fault-finding, practice self-control. Avoid unprofitable arguments. Do not enter into wordy strifes about things. If one violently oppose you, let him have the last word.
10. Do not dispute about the truth, but live it. Cleanse your heart, acquire goodness and practice virtue.
11. Begin by adopting a vow of silence for one day in every week, or for one hour every day, while waking.
