As always, thank you so much for stopping by and for leaving any comments or faves, they are very much appreciated.
The photo is still warm. Today, I got up very early and went to Ham Wall, about 110 km from home. Luck smiled on me, too.
Another Lifer! We saw this bird on our first day on Assateague Island. This one was on his own but when we drove around the Wildlife Loop later in the day there was a whole flock of them. So many different birds! I suspect all this was fairly boring for Anita as she is most definitely a landscape photographer but I suspect she found some amusement when we sat and watched two snapping turtles catch a little "afternoon delight" not too far from the location of this bird! LOL It's been raining non-stop here since yesterday for which I am very thankful as we were quite dry. Have a blessed day everyone! :)

I was happy to find this individual perched at eye level.

Here’s a photo of another gem that I came across at Maspolomas in Gran Canaria. Rather pleasingly it was only twenty foot from a well used footpath.

And I'm staring into the void again, no one knows what a mess I'm in. The voices in my head say I'm just being paranoid.
But it's bad for my health.
Sabotaged myself again
Got a brain like a hurricane.
