Black-out lined curtains for the spare room. Made from Amy Butler Midwest Modern fabric. Love this stuff! And there is enough left for a throw pillow or something. Awesome!!
Another shot of The Sharp Centre for Design, Ontario College of Art & Design in Toronto... the building has some interesting architecture....The yellow supports almost remind me of knitting needles....very retro with lots of primary colors....it is definitely a structure that is making a statement. :-)

Found these 1/8-1/4" high mushrooms in a woodsy flowerbed. Interesting how they seem to hold "eggs" under a flat cap. Can anyone identify?

I was recently introduced to this cracking little cafe, The Funky Mackerel at Sheringham. As you can see the views impressive and the foods just the ticket after a stroll on the beach.
A platter of 20 funky cupcakes made to farewell a well liked collegue. All toppers are handmade with leftover bits of fondant from other projects I made the tiny pokerdots with a scrapbooking punch tool I found at hot dollar, worked a treat. There wasn't enought room for the word goodbye so I replaced it with "cya"
Various really funky coins I have found on the streets and elsewhere. The 1967 quarter I found in the sand dunes south of Pismo Beach in California about 20 years ago.
