Just like us,only funkier :)

Quirky seems to be my thing...after years of creating it's about time I fessed up that I like to take the untraveled roads creatively.

Follow the link on my flickr profile to connect to my FB page to get a little sneak peek at my upcoming projects and anything random that I think my "likers" would find interesting ;)

Taken during a Flickr Friends Photowalk in Pella, Iowa.

I told her to strike a snow pose, and this is what she came up with. She had so much fun playing in the snow. We built a huge snowman and decorated it with the kit that Rani sent, and she also had a lot of fun with the snow paints. She learned how to make snowballs and then chased me around the house several times trying to bean me with them.

Funky mailbox spotted on Westlake Ave.

Yep, wrong setting on my cam but still love the shot!

They were pretty colors, but the opaque glue around the edges and the non-opaque black they used for the pupils made them kind of dull. Fortunately they were quite easy to get out & there will be no scraping afterwards, as there is with Basaak!

I love clouds :)

Andrea is one of my art inspirations. She made this and blogs here and inspires me much.

I'm halfway done with the sketch...quite unhappy with it at the moment but it's, hopefully, salvageable enough to get a posting here!

By the way, those are the hubby's socks. I'm not that brave. lol.
