I was out in my backyard today, playing with Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro lens looking for water droplets and some interesting shapes and my compositions. As I focussed on this water droplet I could spot the sunburst and it looked too good to me. I set the camera on tripod and took the shot. When I looked back at the shot on the LCD, I found a bonus too by catching the rim light on the stem....voila. I knew right there, this has to be in black and white.

Read this in a nice book. First you have to draw flowing lines randomly. Than you try to find shapes of fishes in the lines and you colour them in. Very relaxing and meditative...

Shot at Detroit Zoo. The keeper was putting food in the shelter, so the family of Red Pandas woke up and came out to stretch their legs. This was the juvenile of the group. He had A LOT of energy.
