Back in 2005, my friend Corey and I took a roadtrip to Florida! We visited his grandparents on one side of the state, and then some friends of ours on the other side. The brother we stayed with had a teenage son and daughter that he asked us to take back to Pennsylvania as they were going to stay with friends, and since we were in the state anyway, it was more convenient for us to take them back. We had tons of fun-among the places we went to was the Everglades (those swamp alligators were neat!) and a Packard museum (they had some cars made before World War 1)
I had some left over fireworks from Fourth of July weekend, so I decided to try taking some abstract photos of the ones that "emit showers of sparks." More like these to come – I've got to buy some more because this was so much fun!

Fun is...
Laughing.
Going for a joy ride.
Smelling a cool breeze.
Making someone else laugh.
Feeling the sunshine on your toes.
Licking a dribble of ice cream as it runs down the cone.
...and anything that makes you happy and puts a smile on your face.
