it rained so hard yesterday its not even funny. what better time to set up a mini studio = )

i used a large sheet protector with different color back grounds for a bright, clean reflection. the lamps are cheap clamp on lamps availiable at any walmart for about $5 each. 20 watt compact flour. bulbs (equavalent to 75 std bulb) keep everything nice and cool. i stretched some white womans trouser stockings over the lamps for a nice diffused light.

Fun at its peak: Children of slum area indulging in fun activities on catching the sight of the lens.

does anyone want to go on the nosetastic slide i know i would but be careful he also snorts

On May 19, 29 volunteers from Charles Schwab in San Francisco worked for 3 hours to put together more than 250 welcome bags and cards for children entering the Raphael House transitional shelter.

With art supplies from HandsOn Bay Area, paper donations from Schwabbies, and creative volunteers, we had a great time together.

The quality of this photo is exactly where I want it to be. The grain and slight movement blur were intentional. Not sure how well it will be received or how others will like it. I am open to critiquing. Trying something different and happy to hear thoughts. I was working more with light, mood and shadows. Please let me know.
