Shoes for spring wait at the door for a change in weather while boots and Wellies with wool socks are now! #cy365 34/365 'winterfun'
Well she got her daddy's car
And she's cruisin' through the hamburger stand now
Seems she forgot all about the library
Like she told her old man now
And with the radio blasting
Goes cruising just as fast as she can now
And she'll have fun fun fun
'Til her daddy takes the T-Bird away
(Fun fun fun 'til her daddy takes the T-Bird away)
Well the girls can't stand her
'Cause she walks looks and drives like an ace now
She makes the Indy 500 look like a Roman chariot race now
A lotta guys try to catch her
But she leads them on a wild goose chase now
(You drive like an ace now you drive like an ace)
Nothing earth-shattering. Since I haven't had any "me" time in over a month, I thought I'd go to the archives, just to pretend that I'm having fun. This was exactly one year ago.
Yes, they are doll size!! ;-)
Okay, done!! It took me several hours to finish.
And my finger tips especially my thumbs hurt...

Photos of all kinds of people having fun at the beach
#79 Clashing colours..
It was bitterly cold yesterday with a very strong wind but it didn't seen to be bothering this little girl who was having fun splashing in the water!
Explored....thanks friends!
FUN? The sign says fun...but I'm thinking "not so much". A fun shot, yes, a fun place, yes, a fun day.....no.
Many of you know I have been learning all about light....strobes. I have posted several photo's that a friend and I took of my granddaughter and her daughter. They became fast friends and I was very proud of the images and the things I had learned. 2 of the 3 made top 100 in Explore one making front page.....
I'm very sad today that I had a very "suggestive" comment about one of the photo's from someone who had faved it. Of course I deleted the comment and blocked the person,as is my right to do, but decided to see who all had faved those shots. And many of you, my dear friends had, thank you so much! But many, many more had faved them who didn't have buddy icons, and either had "nothing available to me" or had only pictures of young girls, and were members of groups that were not for "kittens". Most of those people faved without commenting. Thank goodness for the one who did and brought my attention to the fact that there were people....many of them apparently, I spent all day blocking them,...who would think different about these photo's that I thought were sweet.
So, I deleted all of those photo's plus about half the others I had of my granddaughter and a few of my grandson. It makes me sad and sick.
This isn't something to start some debate on censorship.....don't bother commenting about it....I'm not in the mood!
To those dear sweet friends out there who are a constant source of encouragement to me, I thank you......I would never have had the courage to start my business without your encouragement! I will post my family photo's on my facebook account. If you have facebook, email me here at flickr and I'll add you as a friend there or send you the link to our website.
I will still be on flickr.....but I will not post many shots of children, my grandkids or others....sad....thats mostly what I shoot!
XOXOXOXOXOXOXO to my friends!

Bokeh Fun!
As defined by Wikipedia:
In photography, bokeh (Originally pron.: /ˈboʊkɛ/,[1] pron.: /ˈboʊkeɪ/ boh-kay — also sometimes heard as pron.: /ˈboʊkə/ boh-kə,[2] Japanese: [boke]) is the blur,[3][4] or the aesthetic quality of the blur,[5][6][7] in out-of-focus areas of an image. Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light".[8] ...
Photographers sometimes deliberately use a shallow focus technique to create images with prominent out-of-focus regions.
Can anyone guess what I was capturing?
