Nantlle Tramway, near Dorothea. 5th May, 1957. The tramway was still operational, (3ft 6" gauge) horse worked. The 60cm quarry lines had varied, more modern, power.

A few peanuts and some bird seed on an old stump and they came to me. I got so many pictures of this squirrel that it was hard to decide which to keep.
Yes...more beach photos of Piper. At least this time I have my daughter in the shot. It's difficult getting my teenage daughters in photos these days so I take whatever chance I can get.
London was blessed with a beautiful blue sky day on saturday so i was filled with inspiration to head into the city with the SLR and see what showed up ...
this is a shot of one of the fountains in Trafalgar Square and was actually pre-planned/visualised something along these lines. the setting sun provided the golden cast ... no saturation tweaks required :)
Few weeks ago, I had been invited to a kid model photo shooting for a Chinese cloth brand. I took several candid shot especially during the preparation of the model... backstage. It was so funny to see this little boy playing with some make-up tools, having fun with something he was apparently discovering.

Ever played around with a magnetic fluid?... the results are pretty incredible and often mesmerizing. Each of those tiny spikes undulates and adjusts due to the slightest nudge or magnetic force. I took 2 videos as I was adding fluid onto the top of this, yesterday:
