20230907_8624_7D2-361 Castle Rock (250/365) February
Castle Rock above the Heathcote Valley looks very different today than what is was before 22 February 2011. That day was the day of the 6.3 earthquale 6km deep but nearly directly underneath Castle Rock. Some very large parts of the rock fell into the valley below, some as large as very large houses.

"Pelam-se" por estas bagas mas este ano, ou são bem menos ou preferiram outras bandas... :-(
This species loves a lot these berries but this year or they are much lesser than usual or definately they have preferred other territories... :-(

Enjoyed a challenging individual photo workshop about landscape photography, not far away from the city of Haaksbergen in the eastern part of The Netherlands, close to the border to Germany.

I wanted to travel to Morocco by boat in order to experiment visually the continent change from Europa to Africa. Only on land travelling make the passenger really feel the distance and the cultural evolution all along the way. Since I had previously visited Sevilla, Malaga was for me an obvious starting point for a short Morocco trip. Then I would go to gibraltar, Tarifa and take the boat for Tangier, my first Morocco city. The trip lasted 3 weeks until I reach south of Atlas Mountain Range, just before the desert.
The conclusion of my travel is that I could not recognize any Moroccan people anymore since I could realize that from north to south, and depending of the mountain side landscape, geography and people are totally different.

"The small working-class taverns, built in the last century and now being ruthlessly demolished, remain unchronicled and will soon be utterly forgotten. Some of these, like The Black Lion in Humberstone Gate, are as old as the Beer House Act of 1834, when thousands of strictly beer-drinking licences were issued in the hope of weaning the workers from drinking cheap gin. Many sprang up in the new closely-packed blocks which housed immigrants from the countryside dispossessed by Enclosures. Others refreshed the dwellers in the long rows of terraced houses that spread over north and east Leicester in the seventies and eighties. Some could accommodate a few horses and a cart, some had a long room where the piano could be played and songs sung, or a yard big enough for games of skittles, but many were little more than four-roomed houses whose front parlour had become the bar."
