I don't visit the 'city' much since I retired and when I do it's like having 'fresh eyes.' No reflections in the lake's still waters to photograph here ...

We have relatively fresh out of the box one of the best looking of the Bi-Ci units, we have the Detroit Toledo & Ironton Bi-centennial GP38 1776 rolls ot of Flat Rock, Michigan with a Cincinnati bound freight way back on November 19, 1975.

I found a new spot to stand at the lion enclosure and from this perspective i can get a whole heap of shots of would miss because of the lions being too close to the fence but from this angle I can get them. Plus the lions are curious about me crouching here so it is going to make for some interesting shots.
Amari is now 10 months and weighing in at 55 kilos.
