The Tout va Bien (Everything is fine) is a family-owned French bistro that's been in operation since 1948.The three-story prewar apartment building over it was built in 1920.Well,if they demolished one prewar building where the empty lot now is then what will be the fate of the other two.

The tower with the diamond-shaped framework sticking up the back is the Hearst Tower on 57th St.It sits on top of this base in this photo flic.kr/p/RmC2L2 I shared.
