another walk down the memory lane.. another gem from the photoshoot i did in April 2006 in a villegewith a group near Hyderabad
Need less to say with a basic p&s camera.. i hope the "perspective" will come back!
About the shot.. i requested this girl to pose while she picks flowers... and i took the shot through the bullock-cart metal loop (which are attached above the cart.. may be as handles for passengers).. and look at her smile :)..
Post Processing: almost NONE little bit contrast and framed.. that's it.. I could have cleaned the wires.. but chose not to.. the point is not "perfection".. its the memory.. and those wires don't hurt the memory (even if they hurt my eye :) )

There is something really special about framed pictures. I think they come alive and make the artwork complete. What do you think? Is it just me that like them better framed? hahaha 😂

Contrast and brightness tweaked a bit in PS.
Strange thing I realized about this image, is that I can rotate it anyhow and it will still be the right way round..:D, I am sure there must be a term for such images/perspective, would anyone be kind enough to enlighten me? Thanks in advance..:D
A framed view of the Alexander Column, Palace Square and Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia.
Palace Square is the central city square of St Petersburg and of the former Russian Empire. It was the setting of many events of worldwide significance, including the Bloody Sunday (1905) and the October Revolution of 1917.
The morning light at the Taj Mahal was really spectacular, special to be there on a cold winter morning with so few people about.

I saw some framed quilts at International Quilt Market in Pittsburgh and couldn't wait to make a small quilt to put in this vintage frame.
This is a model of a signalbox lever frame with interlocking made from Technic LEGO. It is based on the signalbox in a real location and is intended to replicate the operation in as faithful a way as possible with the correct interlocking relationships between each lever in the frame.
The model as depicted here is an advanced work in progress but still has a number of mechanical weaknesses that need to be addressed. However, I am taking a bit of a break from it at present to allow my head to clear. Click through to my album for more details and development photos.
Incredible and too rare italian track frame, the WILIER is copper plated, which became the traditional color
scheme for the Wilier professional team bikes after World War 2.
It' s in good condictions, no dents only some scratchs.

Old market Omaha Nebraska, this lady was nice enough to stop while carrying this frame to let me get the shot, her daughter smiling in the background.
