Everything about my camera is manual; and in low light some times it just hard to get a sharp image, this is a good example.
I'm struggling working out where to put everything in the new house as it would appear it's quite a bit smaller than where we've just moved from and it's making me feel a bit like this. Hopefully things will settle down soon.
You can see the reason the BLM limits visitors to this area around "The Wave" to only 20 people per day. Tread carefully and respectfully to preserve this beauty for others.
Fragile, dance performance by Tilted Productions, at Island Fair, Island Gardens, London. Greenwich+Docklands International Festival 2013.
Taken in the graveyard of Old Christ Church on St. Simons Island, GA. Some of these graves date back to the early 1800s. The small cross dates from 1891-1894. You do the math. My first upload of the year. Kind of a personal reminder how fragile life can be and to be thankful for every second that's spent with the people I love. ...a little sappy, but hey...
Better if you see it LARGE on black. April 2009.

A piece called’Fragile’.I’ve went through a lot with my body over the years.I starved it and cut it during my teens due to my depression.I had it abused by my abuser cooperlock during the age of 16-18.Since then I’ve tried to come to terms with the fact my body is disabled and that that is ok.I’ve had to come to terms with how feminine it is as a non-binary person. My body is fragile like flowers but slowly I’m learning to see it as beautiful like flowers too.
when she sleeps there is a fever dream
it brings the night terrors to harm this fragile bird
she speaks in tongues, the words they come undone
then with a wayward mind she struggles through the night
these cold nightmares they make her worse for wear
lost in the dark, she's got a heavy heart
and when she wakes in her fragile state
well, she calls my name hoping that i keep her safe
all that I can do, is hope she makes it through
all that I can do, is hope she makes it through the night
through the night
Handle with care...
Sometimes you don't realize how fragile until tagedy strikes... a dear friend of ours lost his wife this week... then my husband lost an uncle last night... kind of depressing.
I took this shot when I was on field trip for work. Small detail all around, just we have to see the hidden beauty here and there. This dragonfly was on this fragile stand for long time. Background is a muddy yellow river.
When I took this shot I felt that world is so beautiful. Then when I look at this photo again and also feel that way.

On and on the rain will fall
Like tears from a star, like tears from a star
On and on the rain will say
How fragile we are, how fragile we are

Once again, before I have a chance to do all that I want to do, another Wednesday comes along. There's a chant, of sorts...here comes another one, just like the other one...only next Wednesday will be very different. We will know who will be the next President of the United States. Some of us have waited eight years for this. If you haven't voted, and are eligbile, please make sure you do. I know this is the most important election in my lifetime, and perhaps in yours. And my vote is with Barack Obama.
Happy Bokeh Wednesday, y'all.
