Macro Mondays 'In the kitchen' theme.

This is part of the handle of my puerh pick - it is bound with brightly coloured threads and has beads as adornments. I placed it on a piece of kitchen foil to get the reflection.

I don't actually drink puerh tea, I bought this because it's decorative and I thought it might come in handy as a photo prop. :o)

The part of the subject in the image measures approx 3 cm width

On the wall of my seemingly white kitchen, can be seen using UV light, all the grease and oil stains on it.

The back of a blue coloured knife and the edge of a serrated bread knife. Both are stuck to a magnetic rail which bears a few scars from the blades it supports. Found in the kitchen. HMM.

This little fella was found with his friends in our kitchen drawer and the succulent, fresh Sweet Corn he is stuck into, taken out of our fridge. He measures 5.5cm in height and 3cm across his skirt. This is my contribution towards this weeks Macro Mondays theme of Members Choice - Found in the Kitchen. HMM

I've had this opener in my kitchen since my college days. I think I appropriated it from my mom's kitchen. Who knows how old it is. I use it to open jars of home canned foods and the odd bottle of beer that doesn't have a screw top cap.

The Falls City Brewery was founded in 1905. The brewery is located in Louisville, KY. It ceased operations in 1978, but reopened in 2010.

Found this on the top right corner of my fridge, forgotten and under take away menus! Thought it would make a nice 'thug mug shot' LOL!
