One of the great little Matchbox cars my college roommate gave awhile back. Shows a bit of youthful use but still is a wonderful example of the rubber-tired days of Matchbox cars.
This is what happens when a Formula One Enthusiast attempts to build a Speeder Bike.
The resulting machine is more than the sum of its parts.

This is my LEGO scale model of Kimi Räikkönen's 2007 Formula 1 car, in which he won the World Drivers Championship. The F2007 is one of my favorite F1 cars - there is something about the shape that makes it look very striking.

The truck is a 2023 MAN TGX, the trailer is a motorhome and has room for 2 Formula One cars in the back, the cars were heavily inspired by the RB19.
I upgraded the team from 3 to 8, consisting of 2 drivers, 4 pit crew members, 1 radio engineer (who talks to the drivers), and 1 truck driver.
This was for a contest in November 2023 and I had rushed through the trailer. I would love to revisit this project and finish parts that I couldn’t like the interior of the motorhome. I could also redo the chassis and incorporate my new wheel design that I learned while designing the Freightliner.
It was a really fun build and I hope you enjoy!

In my opinion, 2011 Red Bull RB7 is one of the prettiest Formula 1 cars ever. But of course, the most beautiful racecar is the fastest one. And the RB7 was certainly that, winning 12 of 19 races (11 by Sebastian Vettel, 1 by Mark Webber) and securing pole position in all but one race. The RB7 was a technical marvel with its ultra-slim coke bottle packaging and exhaust-blown diffuser. Vettel mastered the blown diffuser, claiming records for most podium finishes (17), pole positions (15), laps led (739), and wins from pole in a season (9). At the age of 24, Vettel became the youngest ever to score a grand slam (pole position, win, fastest lap, and led every lap) and become a double F1 World Drivers' Champion.
This approximately 1:15 scale model was extremely fun and satisfying to build, but by no means easy; replicating the coke bottle shape of the engine cover was a tough challenge. I've always loved the Red Bull F1 cars from Vettel's time with the team, but have been prevented from building one in LEGO due to its complex livery. But now thanks to Steve Hall (Instagram: @stevehallego) who made the stickers, it's been made a reality!

Alessandro Nannini splashes his way to a podium at the soaking 1989 Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide. Used 1600ASA film as the light was very poor. Used the old trick of shooting through a plastic shopping bag with a hole cut in the bottom! This shot was a runner up in 'F1 Racing' magazine's photo competition in the 90s.
