4520 slowly crawls toward Moss Vale north fork, where it will detach from the consist and traverse the fork, to ensure the short hood leads the train home.
This is actually quite a clean fork, straight out of the draw.. some upsetting detail here with the finger print, water marks and blemishes, but its what I use to eat without thinking twice:( oh dear.

Absolutely no doubt where my daughter visited! This gave her a lot of bragging rights with her friends back home :)
A series of manual macro shots of the most useful of cutlery: the fork. All taken with Olympus OM-D EM-5 body, Industar 61 manual Leica thread mount lens (designed in 1959; model used dated 1993) + adaptor, and a cheap set of extension tubes.
The result(s) - I'll let you be the judge of that but the ability to adjust the DoF and aperture whilst using the magnification mode allows for an amazing amount of creative control.

Abstract photography with fork stacks. There is at least 1 fork if you're trying to guess exactly how many.
...... maybe four forks! Not at all just a simple shot of a couple of forks with a little reflection!

Thanks, in advance, to everyone who views this photo, adds a note, leaves a comment and of course BIG thanks to anyone who chooses to favourite my photo .... thanks to you all.
As a piece of cutlery or kitchenware, a fork is a tool consisting of a handle with several narrow tines (usually two, three or four) on one end. The fork, as an eating utensil, has been a feature primarily of the West. In the American style of fork etiquette, the fork is held with tines curving up; however, in continental style, the fork is held with the tines curving down.

will you be a victim?
or a victor?
i won't look into the faces that lie of their darkness
i won't look into the faces that lie about my own
you know more than just the things that hurt
you know less than what hurts me
who are you to say a damn thing
about what decays inside of me?
you can't
because you'll never be there
and i'll never let you in

To commemorate the Renwick’s reopening, Grade selected a hemlock tree in the Cascade Mountains east of Seattle that is approximately 150 years old–the same age as this building. His team created a full plaster cast of the tree (without harming it), then used the cast as a mold to build a new tree out of a half-million segments of reclaimed cedar. Hundreds of volunteers assisted Grade, hand carving each piece to match the contours of the original tree. After the exhibition closes, Middle Fork (Cascades) will be carried back to the hemlock’s location and left on the forest floor, where it will gradually return to the earth. Grade’s second tree, Middle Fork (Arctic), is on view downstairs in the Renwick’s Palm Court.

Well its another day with the Angle-poise and household items. I always have fun playing around with things in the kitchen as they all have great abstract shapes. This is the best forking shot I could get tonight. Enjoy your weekend everyone...
I propose a new theme Fork Friday?
