"The Ford Mustang Mach-E is a battery electric compact crossover SUV produced by Ford. Introduced in November 2019, it went on sale in 2020 and went on to win the "2021 North America SUV Of The Year award".

Like the traditional Mustang its officially available here in the UK in RHD though hasn't really connected particularly well with many buyers and remains a fairly rare sight. It seems utterly unimaginable less than a decade ago that Ford here would see its passenger car market share shrivel up to almost nothing and be more known for commercial vehicles!

Matchbox were pretty quick in bringing out their own miniature which I must admit I gelled with immediately despite not being a particular fan of the real vehicle.

Seen here in its brand new 2025 Case K recolour and one of several found recently at a The Entertainer.

Thank you to the Lladudno branch of The Entertainer for furnishing me with so many of the brand new Matchbox 2025 Case K assortment particularly as NONE of the stockists in my own area have any in at the moment!

The days of 72 count cases full of unappealing generics are long gone and thus most of this mix ended up coming home with me including several of these newly recoloured Ford Mustang Mach-E's. Looking particularly smart in a metallic bronze finish it somehow manages to avoid the slightly awkward styling of the real vehicle.
