Buying a full 72 count box of 2023 Case A ensures several of these new Matchbox 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E castings in my collection. The use of the hallowed Mustang nameplate is definitely a risky move but its styling can definitely be described as bold and has been captured well by Matchbox.

Hot Wheels Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400 seen here in its latest 2022 Case H recolour. In all honesty a rather ugly casting of an equally ugly EV but its Ford Performance livery looks good and I wanted a second example to keep factory fresh whilst the other example got some much needed headlight detailing! Like all previous recolours I have found myself buying far too many duplicates of the Matchbox 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E despite not even being a particular fan of the real vehicle!
That slightly awkward bulky styling translates better in miniature form and given the right colours it actually looks quite attractive. Particularly so in its brand new recolour featuring a rather appetising metallic bronze hue.

All about Ford’s new EVs. Some folk were upset that the revered Mustang name was co-opted for an SUV.
Last of the newly recoloured Matchbox 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E's found recently at The Entertainer as part of a huge Case K haul. A stylish combination of metallic bronze body work and black coloured wheels and roof with on point front and rear tampo detailing.

The idea of seeing a Ford Mustang being used as a Taxi, let alone a NYC one would have seemed ridiculous only a few years ago. Less so now the iconic Muscle Car nameplate is now also used on an electric SUV and hence a better proposition of carrying passengers in spacious comfort.
The latest Matchbox recolour takes on an authentic vehicle plying its wares on the streets of New York even down to its authentic livery and colour scheme.

Thought I'd share one of my fav auto show spotting spots. The intersection of Occidental Avenue South and S Royal Bougham Way is a good place to spot @seattleautoshow autos. One can stash your bags on the garbage can and car-spot. Also pictured here to the west is another good intersection is Dave Neilhous Way S & S Royal Bougham Way.
The auto show is Thursday-Sunday. Times below:

However test drives end at 5 PM as the sun goes down.
The Matchbox 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E only appeared back in 2022 and has already enjoyed its sixth release culminating in this brand new recolour now appearing in the UK as part of Case K.
Possibly a rather controversial use of the iconic Mustang nameplate but a distinctive EV all the same and one which Matchbox have taken full advantage of. In my opinion one of its most appealing recolours yet with a distinctive but classy looking metallic bronze body colour with contrasting black wheels.
