The island had change a bit from my last visit. There are more establishements, more activies to do, and more tourists are indulged to this small pleasure island. Pristine water and friendly locals are my best experience. My wife and I promise to our daughter that we will be back soon but told her that we need to start saving on her piggy bank so that we can go back sooner. She nodded. :)

The Workers Center for Racial Justice led Chicagoans to the Fraternal Order of Police HQ, an organization which regularly justifies the killings by police officers, regardless of circumstances.
Black communities have had a difficult relationship with the police going back generations. The combination of anti-Black racism, both at an implicit and explicit level, the militarization of police departments, and the virtually unchecked level of power by police officers, has resulted in systemic profiling, incarceration, and killing of black people by law enforcement.
Historically, the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense was started as a response to state-sanctioned violence against Black people at the hands of the police.
(Text adapted from a Workers Center for Justice statement)
For whatever reason, I laid these pictures out backwards, so the walk won't work if you look at it... but yeah... I don't think it would anyway if you look at them like this :P

For this I used pink nail polish, 5 different 2-way nail pens and 8 gemstones for the ring and index finger. This design took a very long time. My hands were also shaking a lot, lol. This is the third design I have made. I titled it "12 Rainbows" because the stripes on them reminded me of a rainbow. Also, the 12 comes from a song by Tsuyoshi Domoto, which is the 12th track on his "Coward" album. That song reminded me of rainbows for some reason as well. The song is called "Kore Dake no Hi wo Matai Dekita no Dakara."
For starters: watermelon-cava soup.

'Liberation for All' (LFA) is a series of live music and dance events envisioned by writer, musician and animal rights activist, Tina Mohandas. With the help of fellow musician and activist, Debarati Das, the team intends to organise pro-animal liberation events across the Indian subcontinent, the first of which is scheduled for May 25th, 2018, at Phoenix Market City in Pune. Determined to use their talent to raise awareness for animal rights, this endeavour is an extension of the 'Vegan India Movement' and FIAPO's 'Living Free' in Pune.
Its mission is threefold: to encourage and advocate for the liberation of oppressed animals; to spur the emancipation of India's citizenry from the shackles of social conditioning; and to raise awareness on the negative environmental impacts of the animal agriculture industries. India is home to a number of ancient traditions that emphasise compassion and peaceful coexistence. Unfortunately, these virtues are often overlooked when one's dietary and lifestyle choices come into question. Through colourful performances involving live music, flash mobs, an enthusiastic team of volunteers, and hours of animal advocacy outreach, LFA hopes to bring compassion back to the forefront and shape a kinder world for all earthlings.

Definitely not our best effort, either Bunny's or mine, but we've had a pretty horrible day. Our other Greyhound, Blueberry, had to leave us today, and we're both feeling at odds. It's just a sad time at our house right now and we just let it all hang out today. We'll try to be back to cute and funny soon.
You can read more about Bunny, and the dearly departed Blueberry, at TalesAndTails.com.

For the Veterans remembrance for the month of November, I post this picture to say thanks to the crews who flew in the air war. I found this photo of an unknown aerial gunner was found in a antiques store in North Carolina I visited this summer. I felt it was my responsibility to purchase it and take care of it. I contacted the booth owner and she had bought it for the frame in a flea market in Pickens South Carolina a few years ago. As to the photo he is wearing a felt 8th AAF (low 8) that was made by British companies. He is wearing the Distinguished Unit Citation. All pertinent units in the 1st Bombardment Division (H), as well as individual formations earned additional citation such as the 351st BG, 95th BG, and 303rd BG "Hells Angels" . Unknown if this air crewman survived the war or did not return to the USA. If you see any unclaimed war portraits of veterans make them part of your home to honor their sacrifice.
SNCB 4907 is seen withdrawn and stripped for spare parts at Antwerpen Dam depot. 50 of these single car units were built in 1942 by Germain, and this one was used for spare parts for 4903 which was preserved inside the shed.
I recently received a visit from two argentinian friends here in Rome so i played the part of tour guide and personal photographer.
