Ready for takeoff

One of my personal favourites. The light was simple breathtaking. I was hoping to get this girl to pose for a sunset picture but she had other ideas and flew immediately after this pic. This was the only one that turned out as I had slowed my shutter speed down to prepare for a portrait. I am overjoyed with the overall result.

On the burning dry dung of a yak, a Kazakh cooks lamb in a cast-iron cauldron. Everything freezes quickly and at night, everything around the yurt turns white. Tea from a pressed briquette in a kettle by the fire is very useful for me after this film shooting ..

It seems to me that there is no fresh film in the conditions of the expedition! My films have survived both high and low temperatures here, and in my opinion, they age incredibly quickly, and one day here counts as a year.

There is a clear light leak in the center of the image -

after hard work in the desert and constant rocking on a horse, on a camel and in cars, the Horizon camera is no longer sealed like it used to be.
