FUCK OFF ERDBEERZEIT!!!

 

Es ist bald wieder soweit, es werde Erdbeerzeit. Bald kann man wieder in vielen Food Magazinen tolles über wunderbare neue und mega einfache Erdbeerrezepte lesen. Auch wird man zum gefühlten tausendstenmal lernen wo die Erdbeeren herkommt, das sie eigentlich botanisch gesehen eine Nuss ist und daher sehr gesund.

 

Ich finde das alles nicht gut und es nervt mich an der Supermarkt Kasse zu stehen und immer diese bunten Bilder der Erdbeere zu sehen mit immer wieder den gleichen Rezepten. Darum hier meine Interpretation eines Erdbeertiramisus mit einem Bild der Künstlerin Dillon, die ich übrigens sehr gut finde (natürlich die Musik von Ihr).

P.s. Erdbeeren sollten natürlich aus unserer Region gekauft werden. Meist kann man diese selber auf Erdbeerfeldern pflücken, aber aufgepasst auch hier wird oft gespritzt. Also die Erdbeeren immer gut waschen!

This was the first time my wife and I had lunch at Rooster, and we loved every minute of it. The food was incredible. The chicken on my sandwich was HUGE, crispy and delicious. We'll be back to try other items on the menu

Stretching the dough on the counter.

 

I later discovered that there's an easier way to do this: take a round-bottomed bowl and flour it, and let the dough rest on top of it, with the bowl inverted. This continues the stretch as the dough relaxes, rather than letting it pull back up the second you stop pulling on it. It also stretches the middle evenly, which I tend to have problems getting very thin without tearing.

Before cutting, let the pizza rest on a wire rack for at least five minutes; otherwise the cheese will just slide off and you'll have a mess.
