But then she doesn't have any teeth to grit!
I managed to make a short video showing how they fly, here - http://lawsie.blogspot.com/2009/03/proof-my-cats-can-fly.html
That truth being connected to the two previous shots. Freddie is a thief. He steals things and puts them elsewhere. The shot before the last, he really was'nt looking at me, he was trying to retrieve his ribbon. He actually does a standing 5 foot vertical jump, tries to get the object and then gravity takes over. In the last shot, if you look carefully, you can see part of the ribbon hanging over because he almost got it then, but he missed again. Now in this shot,he nailed it. I hope this explains what makes this rather odd Cat tick.
Ol' Freddie, taking off again with his favorite stolen item..............You can really see the concentration in his eye's as he fixes on the landing spot.
Freddie is still bent on stealing my shoe laces. I think it's time to take action and put a stop to his thievery.
Horatio Caine loves the snow!!! He had a lot of fun this morning!

Not sure Wassma enjoyed it as much as I did though. It took great effort to set up the catapult in the garden with the right trajectory. Attached to the release mechanism was a bit of string that I pulled from inside the house, behind the upstairs bedroom window. After a couple of practice shots with some hedgehogs I was ready to go:
•Encourage cat into catapult with food.
•Hope your camera settings are right.
•"Pull!"
Yup, after seeing that a gang of Cats from Canada were on their way to teach him some manners, Stevie immediately came down and returned Merrie's Coumadin. Good Stevie.
Richard Gere in an amazing fun time during a spring afternoon on January 20th 2012.

Today, Jan 22nd it's +4°C at 8:26am.

O.K. Full disclosure here. No Squirrels were harmed in the taking of this picture. It is a stuffed toy that previously was sitting on the speaker above Stevie's tail.
After Rattlesnake killing practice, Fred climbed up the dresser and was total taken aback by this picture. Could a Snake give me a black eye, he thought. Then he figured it out. Snakes don't have arms. Smart Freddie.
Let me preface this by saying- my cat Elise loves this game. She waits by my bedroom door and meows at me to toss her into the air and onto my bed (a soft landing, of course). Then she hops down and meows for more. I was finally able to get a few funny midair pictures of her... I think I'm going to try to make some sort of project out of these!

I guess that means he will be back, plus I have noticed Stevie and Him getting a bit more civil. He's just being his usual drama queen self.
He said to me, what's up with this Mom and Pop Stuff? Pictures of wine bottles? It's time for Action Freddie to return.............
He actually went flying up to the window perch to confront Stevie and get his contact lenses back. When viewed large, you can see the look of determination on his face. The boy means business.
This is some sort of kooky ridesharing plan for retired performing circus animals.
They were walking up Filmore Street outside the Balboa Cafe like that...
Got it with my iPhone, so forgive the resolution...

My favorite action hero! It was sooo cool this morning, he decided to go up to his observation tower (Storage container) where he watches people walking their dogs on leashes, and just smiles;)
At great risk to life and limb, I'm on the floor looking up at the ceiling and a jumping Freddie with his favorite Rat. I'm sure a few of you will be happy to know that he missed me. Just.
After just 30 minutes of studying under the Grand Master, Flying Freddie, Little Stevie took his 1st Flight. The Picture below shows the class taking place and though it's not the most perfectly framed shot ( I was concentating on the Jump) it does show that they are now quite well bonded and it is a riot to watch this little Kitten chase Freddie up and down the stairs and around the House.
Update.........It became available to me that there is no picture of Freddie and Stevie below this. Sorry about that. It just showed Freddie sitting on the arm of the chair as Stevie was perched on the top of it, ready to jump. Freddie was telling him "Visualise your landing spot" I guess it worked.
The super kitties Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and her mother Ziva David have a lot of fun running on the alfalfa plantation.
Catching up slowly.

Antonio Banderas is very interested in eating all the time...
His winter silhouette is very different of summer's....
Update:
He crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Sept 8th 2021 caused by a tumor on his nose.
Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is so fast as the F22 Raptor fighter :-))
"Habemus" is the first-person plural present active indicative of habeōa (latin verb) that means "we possess"

Good 'Ol Freddie, caught just as he started in motion for a leap onto the bed. His movement and the obvious look of concentration is what makes this a keeper even if it is a hair soft. Hard to find many Cat's in this pose. Now that I think about it, it appears like he's trying to look like a squirrel. Give that boy some nuts.............
