Paramotor Team was invited to do a show at Putrajaya Int. Ballon Fiesta. As early as 7:30am , the sky of Putrajaya was populated with paramotors, lots of hot air balloons with various colors and shape that come from country like Belgium, Japan, England, France,Holland,USA and many other countries that I can't remember their name. Since this type of event is very rare in Malaysia the excitement of being part of the team for this event was unspeakable. ===============================================

Im learning to fly around the clouds
But what goes up must come down-tom petty
A severed fly head that I found just sitting on a leaf at Lake Waterford Park in Maryland. I've found some bizarre stuff in the years that I've been doing macro photography and this will rank near the top. I'm guessing that the fly was the victim of some type of wasp.
Small fly on yellow flower.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend!

Scientists have discovered that flies carry more diseases than suspected.
The house fly and the blowfly together harbour more than 600 different bacteria, according to a DNA analysis.
Many are linked with human infections, including stomach bugs, blood poisoning and pneumonia.
Flies can spread bacteria from place-to-place on their legs, feet and wings, experiments show. In fact, every step taken by a fly can transfer live bacteria, researchers said.
''People had some notion that there were pathogens that were carried by flies but had no idea of the extent to which this is true and the extent to which they are transferred," Prof Donald Bryant of Penn State University, a co-researcher on the study, told BBC News.
This one was still for a while on a chilly, damp, but sunny morning. I was able to get several shots, including this one with a sky background. Happy Fly Day Friday!

Took this picture in my neighborhood using 26mm worth of extension tubes on my Sony 18-105. Also used a cheap macro ring light
Had a little potter along the beach at Birling Gap ... with the Fisheye, which isn't ideal for wildlife photography :))
(167/366) I only had my iPhone on me when I spotted this Pellucid fly while walking in the fields but I'm starting to think do I need the expense of buying a proper camera? HBBBT!
