When I arrived at Boutilier's Cove in the early morning there was this mist that seemed to hover just over the waters surface. Made the scene seem just a little magical.
Smile on Saturday theme, floating. Mouse, Snowden, little Snowden, rafting in a mixing bowl. Yes little Snowden is wet. She sank to the bottom twice. Happy Smile on Saturday.

Love these big lily pads floating in a deep pond inside one of the greenhouses in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. There were fish in the water, guppies and gold coloured fish, not sure if they were goldfish! Talking to one of the workers there are apparently frogs too which have made the greenhouses their home.

The Clematis is in full bloom and still more to come out. This particular bloom seems to be floating away from the others!

Crammond, looking over the Forth Estuary...
Almost one month in to being a camera owner again (already?!), and finally
managed to get my first early morning expedition.
I'm quite deliberately trying to keep my stream as diverse as possible, but
I have to admit... If I could be by the sea, watching the the sunrise every
morning in life, I'd be a happy chappy.

It was one of the rare sunset views with the low fog evening view of the city. I don't see the fog at this level under the bay bridge often. A very rate moment. Does it look like Castle in the Sky movie? ❤️SF

Year after year I cannot escape the fascination of the floating "stars" on the Tiergarten pond.
And sometimes even the light cooperates :-)
